EIFS Armour was developed as a solution to a difficult problem.

Having worked in the stucco industry since 2001, our founder couldn’t help but notice some distinct problems with the EIFS systems that clad so many commercial and condominium buildings in Canada’s Okanagan Valley. Year after year, he would return to buildings, repeatedly repairing large holes in the walls that were created by woodpeckers and flickers. Taking into consideration the repeated costs for building owners, he realized that there had to be a better way to address the source of the problem, rather than simply repair the damage each year.

As it turns out, there is a better way. It took him three years to develop the patented wall system, EIFS Armour. Utilizing an innovative blend of bird-resistant materials, a unique anchoring system and acrylic hardeners, he was able to develop an EIFS wall system that is woodpecker-proof.
